Yoga & barre fitness class with an emphasis on Pilates, focused stretching and balance. During this one hour class you will be working out your hamstring strength and abdominal muscles as well as increasing the flexibility in your back and hip flexors. This class could be classified as an abs and ass bootcamp. Going from slow stretching to creating heat in an aerobic workout with a gentle cool down period to finish.
