MAJIC MEOWS VIP MEMBERSHIP

 

1.  PARTIES.

The parties to this Agreement include the following:

Majic Meows and VIP Member are responsible for the Terms and Benefits contained in this Agreement.

 

2.  SUBSCRIPTION.

$420/year (one year Agreement)

$135/quarterly (one year Agreement)

Members agree to a twelve (12) month commitment beginning the first of the month following signature.  Payments can be made in either one sum of four-hundred and twenty dollars ($420 USD) or in quarterly payments of one-hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135 USD).  Quarterly payments will be set-up for automatic billing.  Acceptable payments include:  Cash, Debit, Credit, Wire Transfer, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Crypto, Precious Metals, Checks, etc.  All payments must be approved by Majic Meows.  All payments are non-refundable.

 

3.  BENEFITS.

a. 1/8th of Human Catnip/Month. ($432 Value)

b. 3 Cat Tails/Month. ($324 Value)

c. Complimentary Tickets To Events ($90+)

Tickets for you and two guests to two of our annual one-off events.

d. MEOWS (Membership Events or Workshop Socials) ($300+)

MEOWS allows you (and sometimes a guest) to join us for exclusive “Membership Only” events and workshop socials, plus other gatherings throughout the year.  You will be sent a private invite.

Total Value:  $1,146+

 

4.  CLAIMS. 

It is the VIP Member’s responsibility to collect their cannabis every month and to claim their amenities.  If a VIP Member misses their opportunity to take advantage of their membership rewards one month (i.e. not picking up product, missing events or workshops) benefits will not roll over onto the next month, year, etc.  You will be sent private invites to upcoming events and MEOWS for your inclusion on our guest list.

 

5.  EXCLUSIVITY.

VIP Memberships are limited to 99.  Once all VIP Memberships are claimed names will be added to a queue for open opportunities.  If a VIP Member steps down their exclusive number will be released.

 

6.  MODIFICATION.

No alteration or other modification of this Agreement shall be made effective unless such a modification is made in writing and signed by both parties.

ADDENDUM A

MAJIC MEOWS MEMBERSHIP PAWLICY

 

MAJIC MEOWS, herein referred to as “MEOWS,” is dedicated to providing the highest quality cannabis and cannabis products.  We ask that our Members please adhere (as best a feline can) to the following guidelines.

 

ALL MEMBERS MUST BE QUALIFIED PATIENTS

 

1. You must have a valid California ID or Driver License, Passport, Out of State ID or Driver License, or a State Medical Marijuana Identification Card at the time of registration and for continued access to our Membership Services.  You will also need an original copy of your doctor’s recommendation if you are a Medical Patient.

2. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (Medical) or 21 years of age (Recreational) to qualify for Membership (or roughly 1.3 or 1.6 cat years).

3. By signing this Membership Pawlicy you authorize MEOWS to prescribe cannabis for recreational or medical use, as approved by either yourself or your physician.

4. You may never sell or otherwise distribute medication you obtain from MEOWS.

5. Once you are a Mewmber we ask that you practice a “Good Cat Neighbor Policy” by acting house trained and not feral, in other words, please act responsibly; MEOWS is not liable for any incidents or injuries while using our products.

6. Majic Meows reserves the right to refuse service or revoke Membership to Members who (egregiously) violate our guidelines.
